THIS LEGAL DISCLAIMER ("Disclaimer") IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU ("User") AND Stick Assist ("Company"), THE DEVELOPER OF Stick Assist ("Product"). BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PRODUCT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS DISCLAIMER, INCLUDING ANY AMENDMENTS OR MODIFICATIONS MADE HEREAFTER.

No Affiliation or Endorsement:
Stick Assist is not, and shall not be construed as being, affiliated, associated, endorsed by, authorized by, or in any way officially connected with any game publisher or trademark owner. All trademarks, logos, and copyrights referenced herein remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-Party Peripherals and Restrictions:
Certain game publishers may impose restrictions on the use of third-party peripherals. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable Terms of Use or policies imposed by game publishers. Violations may result in penalties, including account suspension or termination.

Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms of Service", "Terms of Use")

1. Prohibition Against Reverse Engineering and Unauthorized Use

  • StickAssist products must not be used to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from any hardware or games owned by game publishers.
  • StickAssist must not be used to manipulate or modify any copyrighted or intellectual property owned by third-party software or game publishers.

2. Anti-Cheating Clause

The Product is not intended to provide unfair advantage or cheating in online multiplayer or competitive environments. Any use of the Product for cheating or abuse of fair play policies allows the Company to restrict or disable access.

3. User Acknowledgment of Risks and Limitations

  • Use of the Product may void warranties.
  • Use of the Product may result in bans or punitive actions by game publishers.
  • Additional hardware (SD card, Titan Two, capture card) may be required; compatibility is the user's responsibility.
  • The Company is not liable for damages, data loss, financial loss, or misuse.
  • Users must comply with all applicable laws.

4. Termination of Access

The Company may terminate, restrict, or suspend access to the Product if misuse or unfair advantage is detected.

5. Acceptance of Terms

Using the Product constitutes acceptance of all Terms and Conditions. No external statements modify this Agreement.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governed by UK law. All disputes must be resolved exclusively in UK courts.

7. Severability

Invalid or unenforceable provisions do not affect the rest of the Agreement.

8. Amendments

The Company may modify Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. Prohibited Conduct and Liquidated Damages

You are prohibited from bypassing, reverse engineering, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any non-public portion of the software, API, or systems.

A breach triggers liquidated damages of £1,500, representing a reasonable pre-estimate of the Company's costs. Actual damages may be pursued if higher.

BY USING OR ACCESSING Stick Assist, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.

The Company may collect IP address, geolocation, provider information, device identifiers, and payment data. This is used to maintain, secure, and improve services, verify user identity, process payments, and comply with laws.
